Welcome to my web page.  You have not reached this site by accident.  Chances are good that you are here because you are experiencing emotional pain.  Maybe anxiety is causing you to have difficulty completing tasks, staying asleep at night or being able to concentrate.  You may feel like you cannot stand to be in your own skin.  Perhaps you are feeling so depressed that you can’t remember the last time you enjoyed yourself or felt present enough to live “in the moment.”  You worry about the past, present and future.  It’s possible that your relationships, work life and leisure time are all suffering and you feel a sense of helplessness about ever turning things around.  Life itself seems completely unmanageable and untenable.
