Setting Up an Appointment
The process begins by setting up an initial intake appointment. At this appointment, we will get to know each other and begin the process of setting up a treatment plan.
Fees
When you call to set up an appointment, I will discuss my fee with you at that time. I currently take Aetna insurance and Contra Costa County MediCal. Also, your insurance plan may offer an out of network benefit I will provide any necessary paperwork (including monthly statements) to help you process any claims. Call your insurance provider for details.
